Okra with cumin seeds

High heat in frying pan 

Sauté 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds for 30 seconds 

Add: 

1 small onion, sliced

4 garlic cloves, minced, 

1 or 2 hot chilies, thinly sliced and stir briefly 

Add 1 pound of okra, cut into bite-size pieces (1/4 inch slices – thinner is better – too big and they get soggy) and sauté 5 minutes maybe a tad more. 

Sprinkle with sea salt and lemon juice when served
