Black Bean Soup

Sauté with olive oil in a saucepan 3-5 mins:

½ small red onion – chopped

1-2 cloves garlic – chopped

Add:

4 Cans black beans – drained

2 Cans diced tomatoes

1 jar salsa (medium spicy)

Cumin – sprinkle

Heat and eat!

Serve with flour tortillas.

You can make it fancy by serving with chopped avocados and tortilla chips.

Make extra and freeze it!
